Yes, I am putting up money for Kathie to go to an attorney.
No, we will not back down to ANYONE for ANY reason, other than COMPLETE actions taken to mine and Kathie's satisfaction for the protection of our grandchildren.
I will not stand by and stand the chance that some fool out there may do harm to my children/grandchildren. I will take any precations for protection of my grandchildren BEFORE it becomes a priority, such as Kelsey's.
I will NOT put up with blogs stating where their location is, a picture of the home they are in, or what they are wearing or anything pertaining to keeping the safety of these children OR ANYONE sitting outside their location and taking pictures or videos.
If YOU (and you know who you are) continue to do this, you will be prosecuted in due time. I do NOT care if you have money or not, you can hire an attorney and if I decide to go after something of value, it will be your FUTURE earnings!
I do not make threats, I promise the safety of my family will not be compromised because of you.
Continue to post, if you will, you will be deciding your own future.
Due to an unexpected death in the family, things will not proceed as fast as I would like, but they will proceed, I can promise you.

I know where Debbie is coming from and I applaud her standing up for the safety of her family members. The crap that has been done to the Briggs and their family is beyond reproach. Some seem to think it is funny to threaten, to post personal stuff (all have been copied) and put this family in danger. They have had enough tragedy in their lives, they don't need any more caused intentionally by someone's ignorance or revenge motives. As I've stated before, Enough is enough and it is way past that.

ReplyDeleteYes they are Mary, and believe me, Debbie means what she says. If she says something is going to happen...it is. And her and Kathie have every right to want to protect their grandchildren and family's. Someone was sitting outside their home on more than one occasion, not only photographing Kathie's home, but also her and her grandchildren while they were outside playing. The person who took the pictures of her home, got part of their vehicle in the pics. There is also a tag number that was gotten off a vehicle sitting at the end of the drive that was photographing/taping the children. As was the person who almost ran Royce and two workers off the highway, identified by witnesses and Royce. This is all very dangerous behaviors that with the hate that is being promoted against their family all over the internet could lead to some serious things happening to innocent people. There has been enough tragedy in this case, I applaud Kathie and Debbie for efforts in protecting their family and trying to stop the dangerous behaviors that continue.

(Playing devil's advocate on the premise that Raye's version is the truth.)
If my child died a brutal death at the hands of someone I brought in to their life:
I would hate myself and I certainly wouldn't care to be free. If I had another child living I would want them to have the best life possible a way from all the madness that enslaves this tragedy.
I would doubt my parenting abilities and in my love for that child I would protect them from everyone including myself whom the corrections officer stated was a harm to any children in my care.
Now I'd like to pose this question to Wendy Norbom and other Raye supporters,
(Unlike Wendy's uncomfirmed synopsis she posed as the basis for her question, the synopsis FOLLOWING this next question is based on irrefutable FACT!)
How would you feel if you were Kelsey?
A little girl who lived in fear and anguish and cried out to her mother for help yet was met with laughter and denial.
I think this lawsuit MUST happen. Jody has left the Briggs family with NO other choice. She has continued to spread slander and defame the character of the woman who did the most to protect Kelsey when she had the chance. Everyday their is another LIE on Jody's blog. She says that she is unafraid because she has not stated anything that is not true. PLEASE! How about saying that Kathie broke Kelsey's legs and that was proven in RD's trial? That is a LIE! It was NOT proven. Raye Dawn is the one who admitted to FORCING Kelsey to walk on her "sprained ankle". So, if RD's biased Doctors were correct then it is still HER fault for not letting Kelsey REST HER FOOT as was STATED in the DOCTORS NOTE that was presented in RD's trial. This was during Gayla's testimony. LOOK IT UP JODY!
ReplyDeleteHer pathetic book is going too far! She has used the emails between the Briggs and Porter over and over again and it got old 2 years ago! Those emails ensured that Porter would spend 30 years behind bars. Look up the statistics, he probably would have recieved less time if he had been found guilty! Its wrong that these monsters get away with a slap on the hand but, thats the way it is.
The dates of the emails PROVE that Kathie did not know and still does not know for a fact that Kelsey was sexually abused. I can not imagine all the questions that must go thru her mind every time she thinks of Kelsey. I think if I had a chance to get some answers about what happened to my grandchild, I would take it! We ALL know that we will NEVER get ANSWERS from Raye. She is far to selfish to ever admit what she did wrong. Just so you know, this is why I have no sympathy for her. Be a WOMAN and OWN up to what you did or did NOT do and then talk to me about sympathy!!!
