In the United States, extortion may also be committed as a federal crime across a computer system, phone, by mail or in using any instrument of "interstate commerce". Extortion requires that the individual sent the message "willingly" and "knowingly" as elements of the crime. The message only has to be sent (but does not have to reach the intended recipient) to commit the crime of extortion.

I heard something interesting on NG.  Andy, the Director of the Houston Mayor's Crime Victims Office stated that Cindy and George have SOLID GROUNDS to sue. He said, ''you cannot use the image or a likeness of a person without their consent and since Caylee can't speak for herself"  they have grounds to sue.
He also said: " Exploiting a murdered 2 yr old for profit, they have good grounds to continue."  He's talking about people using Caylee's name and pictures on t-shirts, bracelets,

Lance has control over Kelsey's estate, Raye has NO legal authority over anything to do with Kelsey.  I'm betting that Craig Key didn't get Lance's permission to use Kelsey's picture on the cover of his book.  I'm also betting that the other "author" didn't get permission FROM LANCE to use Kelsey's name, also betting that the candles, tshirts, bracelets, etc that have been been promoted by FKM also did not get Lance's permission to use Kelsey's name and/or likeness.  They ARE exploiting Kelsey for profit, not only the authors' profit, but to profit Raye Dawn by paying legal fees.  Definately worth looking into.

I have been notified that it has been confirmed that the former Judge in the Kelsey Briggs case, Craig Key, has recently checked himself into drug rehab.  More details as they become available.  Any thoughts?

Report on Porters computer

I guess they think they revealed something big.  I know many hadn't seen that report before.  AGAIN, the twisting and manipulation continues.  But let's break this report down for what it REALLY is.

Yes, there was "adult" pornography on the computers.

"Visits to adult pornography internet web sites are made on computer #1 and computer #4."

The report says that many of the anal sex photos were found in Alesha's account on the computer.

Various pictures of an erect penis were also found on the computer under Mike/My Documents/My Pictures Directory.  The OSBI also found the pictures of an erect penis located in the All Users/ Documents/AOL Download Directory,  the  Mike/My Documents/My Pictures Caputured 2002-1-8 directory.

The pictures of the hand with what appeared to be semen in it with the baby bib that can be seen on the floor were created in Nov. 2003.  So that picture that has been thrown around everywhere by many of the Raye Dawn supporters, COULD NOT HAVE BEEN KELSEY'S BIB, as they have stated, as Porter was not with RD at that time!

MOVIES:  NO FILES RELEVANT TO THIS CASE WERE FOUND.

PORNOGRAPHIC IMAGES:  NO FILES RELEVANT TO THIS CASE WERE FOUND.

These are the websites found on the computers.  THERE IS NO CHILD PORN!!!!!!!   

People have LIED about this forever.  NOW, the proof is in front of you.  The full report has been put on one of the sites that supports Raye Dawn.

Now they are saying that "he was cheating on Raye through an online sexual conversation with another woman just after they married. "

Most if not ALL of the sexual and porn stuff was found BEFORE he was with Raye.  It is NOT DATED in the report that the "conversation" was with anyone while he was with Raye.  Just ANOTHER ASSUMPTION and manipulation of the truth and facts by the #1 master manipulator.....

Twisting the truth, lying, manipulating the facts are NOT going to free Raye Dawn.

I think it's funny how ALL of the pages and sites supporting her have become nothing more than advertising for that sorry "book". (yeah, my opinion..I've read it)  So much for "supporting Raye Dawn."  Even the main website which has never had anything to do with "the truth about Kelsey"....is now the same thing....about the book.  They won't even answer questions on the FB page that supports Raye, they tell everyone "you need to read my/the book".  WOW.  That's ok, they can keep ignoring people's questions and drive them to my FB page, A Journey Of Truth For Kelsey.  However the page will not be opened back up until Monday the 23rd of May.  I'll post the link to it here on the blog when it's opened back up.

I heard that JO was bragging about Raye Dawn saying that people are "scared" of JO.  Although the comment is a little threatening, I will have to say that YES, people ARE scared of her and scared of what she will do to them if they don't believe as she does.  After the incident of trying to put my children in harms way, they are rightfully afraid of her.  HOWEVER, NO ONE is afraid of what she says or puts out there about Kelsey's case.  Too much lies and manipulation of the truth, evidence and facts...all easily proven to be just that.

I really hope they include the report on Porters computers when they approach the Govenor, the Senators, etc on the case.  Doesn't take an idiot to read them exactly as they are written, without her opinion and twisting included.  Won't take any of them but a couple of minutes to see that it wasn't Kelsey's bib on the floor in that picture.  And they wonder why they keep losing support.
