YES, Porter HAS done wrong...

The implications by the friend of another blogger amuse me.  Another person that runs around smacking people on the head with her bible and quoting scripture every time you turn around.  I honestly believe that some of these hypocrites really need to learn how to "read" and understand what the words mean when they read them, instead of learing words just to quote for bible thumping purposes.
How did I go "out of my way" to explain those things?  I merely wrote about them and my opinions, same as the rest of you. lol  And call me a "Kathie supporter", I don't care.  I'd rather support Kathie who has never lied to me and the person who fought to save Kelsey than be called a supporter of a convicted felon who IS sitting in prison for a 27 yr sentence for a part in her own 2 yr olds murder.  Actually I'm a Kelsey supporter and a TRUTH supporter but if in that endeavor that means I support Kathie Briggs, then I'm proud to do so.

You stated "I understand this behavior isn't illegal however it is bizarre - I can't imagine posting my private parts on the worldwide web"   Why is it "bizarre"?  Because you don't approve or participate in that behavior?  And no, i'm not saying I condone any of it, certainly don't participate in it, but it really isn't all that "bizarre".  Actually posting a pic of one's "genitals" is VERY common online, although now with webcams readily available and affordable, most people just use webcams to participate in that stuff online.  Millions and millions and millions of people world wide do those things.  I think some naieve women would be surprised to actually know what their own husbands/boyfriends view and participate in, online.  Why you would consider it "bizarre" for those activities to be readily available and participated on, online...when you can go to any city and bigger "town" and walk into an "adult" content store and not only purchase sex "toys" and aids, and porn movies but in many can walk down a hallway, get into a "booth" and view "private showings" many with LIVE women performing all kinds of "acts".  Women are exploited every day and they allow it and voluntarily participate in it.  Reality is...sex sells.  There are sexual undertones to everyday commercials on TV that have nothing to do with "sex" but the undertones are there...food commercials, car commercials, toothpaste, etc etc.  Every day on your tv. And yes I do agree that porn destroys a lot of marraiges.  But viewing it does not make one a pedophile.  There are way more "bizarre" sexual content websites on the web than anal sex or "barely 18" girls. 

"And doing it in Kelsey's bedroom?" you said?   THAT should be the question.  WHY would Raye Dawn allow a computer in her 2 yr old childs BEDROOM?  She hadn't even known Porter that long.  And don't tell me there was nowhere else to put a computer.  If there wasn't they could have gotten a laptop to use in the living room or the computer could have been put in their own room, it should NEVER have been allowed in a child that age's bedroom under ANY circumstances.  And I don't buy that RD didn't know that Porter looked at porn. 

"And with all this information, they still believe Raye would be the sexual assaulter?"  The answer is yes, IF that happened, it just as well COULD have been RD that did that that day.  I do not believe according to the evidence that sexual assault happened but if it did, I believe it was RD. There are numerous reasons behind it as to why and they don't all include Porter in them.

Once again it has nothing to do with "supporting Porter", it has to do with "supporting" the truth and facts. Nothing more.  If there were others cruicifying RD for hurting other children she had been around and stating things like that as fact, I would be defending the truth in that, which is there is no PROOF that she had done anything to any other child.  It's about Facts and evidence and truth, that's it.


And to danielle, you said in reference to the statement written by Porter..."what i dont understand is why write this letter then in court tell a whole different story... ".  To that I respond, the same thing can be asked of RD and her statements to the OSBI when she was asked about Porter by the agents.  There's more but here is a comment written from Topix that I copied which serves as a very good example....

Ms. Porter: She loved him.

Ms. Porter: He loved her to death.

All this does is prove they lied for each other. The above as well as the letter that is posted on the blog with so many lies and so much hate, only proves they are both liars. Raye supporters want is to believe the letter Porter wrote but discredit his testimony. It just doesn't work like that. You can't pick and choose what parts make Raye look innocent and throw the rest out. They are both liars!!!!!!!!!!






I added the part about Raye not crying even on the night Kelsey was murdered, because I think that speaks volumes...... "

Raye Dawn started telling different stories when she realized she was being blamed for what happened to Kelsey.  But, as Porter was defending her and lying to cover for her, which he did admit to later....obviously Raye was covering for and lying for Porter.  They are BOTH liars and were covering for each other until it came down to having to cover their OWN asses.  Then they turned on each other as expected.
These things are not going to win Raye a new appeal.  Just like one of the affidavits..."I heard that someone heard" ...that is clearly hearsay and not something that someone can "testify" to.  Her appeal is weak at best.  Prepare yourself....she's not getting a new trial and not getting out anytime soon.  I'm VERY confident in that.  I'm also very confident that if she were granted a new trial, she WILL be reconvicted, with a life sentence the end result.  Considering the new information I've been told about, I'm all for her getting a new trial, the outcome will be even more justice for Kelsey and I am ALL for that...a sentence more befitting Raye's real crime.
