The Promoting hate never stops....

It's really sad that a certain blogger cannot pass up one opportunity to try to promote hate against Kathie Briggs.  WHY does this blogger HATE Kathie Briggs so much?  This person tries so hard to make herself out to be some kind of martyr, when in my opinion what she shows herself to be is one of the most vile, disgusting, evil people I have had the misfortune to come across in my lifetime.

 Her devotion to promoting hate against a grandmother who did everything she could to protect her grandchild, to get someone with the POWER to help save her grandchild to listen and to DO something....is truely not only disheartening and evil but downright scary.  I pray daily for God to protect Kathie and her family.

 Maybe it's jealousy??  Jealousy makes people do strange and evil things.  I don't know what it is, what drives her DAILY to either make the implications, or directly post outright lies, stupid allegations,  misrepresentations of the truth....it's always something....daily.  That is what a true stalker does.  That site is monitored daily by Kathie's attorneys, they are also concerned for the well being and safety of Kathie and her family. 

You have to wonder about the mental stability of a person who does these things.  One who has so many websites you wonder how there is enough time to keep them all up....something posted on one site, on another....totally different words about the same thing as the other site...scary.

This person whines about how rough her life is because of this person and that person, then several blogs later blames it on yet another person....the one she has "given everything up for".  If you become so obsessed with a person that it hurts your family life, your personal life, your career.....there's a serious problem.  When you lose your home because of financial difficulties because of your obsession...there's a serious problem.  But that person has no one to blame but themselves.  Although they try to blame it on everyone and everything else.  Sad.

One by one the supporters following RD that have been manipulated, outright lied to, intentionally mislead and had the real facts presented to them being twisted and misrepresented are finding out how bad they have been manipulated, lied to, etc. and they are dropping their support one by one.  People don't like to be lied to and made out to be fools by someone they have believed and put their faith in.  I feel sorry for those that have been lied to and manipulated by this same person.  And it all reflects back to Raye Dawn and the Smith clan.  People are opening their eyes and seeing the real truth.  After the book, "Who Killed Kelsey?" is released, they will lose more support for RD.  When it comes back with the decision that there will NOT be a new trial for RD, there's not going to be many supporters left to care.  Sad for Raye Dawn, really.  Most of those that have withdrawn their support have come to see that at the very least Raye Dawn knew, most have come to the conclusion that she did it. 

Please pray for the safety and well being of Kathie and her family.  Things are going to get way worse before they get any better, and their is grave concern for their safety in the near future.  God Bless...

Gone Too Soon....

Seems like it's always the good people that go too soon...way before their time...way sooner than we want to let them go.  Life is short...you never know what tomorrow will bring. 

I just found out yesterday about Beth McGuire.  I'm so sorry for her daughter's loss.  She is now missing the best part of her life...her mommy.  I wish Beth would have found peace with her parents before she left this life.  They now have to live with what they did, the pain and misery they caused her.  I didn't know Beth well, but she seemed like such a good mother to her child, she was truely the light in Beth's eyes. 

My daughter lost one of her good friends this past Wed.  Twenty seven years old and three little girls that she left behind.  She finally got out of an abusive relationship and now this.  I really hope they find that her life wasn't taken by her baby's father....but how really will they know?  The beatings take their toll, and according to everyone her seizures got worse after the beatings, so maybe he contributed to her death by his violence if he didn't outright do it.  How sad for Nicole and her children.  I will forever be grateful to her for being such a great friend to my daughter.  Her words of encouragement and her advice only days before her death, have stuck with my daughter and she has made a big change for the better in her life because of Nicole.  My daughter realizes now that life is too short to go through it unhappy and not to waste precious time.  May God be with Nicoles children and give them peace and understanding in life.

Rest In Peace Beth and Nicole....God Bless your family's and your children....

Whale Trainer

Reflecting back on the events of the last couple of days, I want to touch on one thing.  Dawn Brancheau was the shark trainer recently killed at SeaWorld by one of the killer Whales she trained.  The reference by Wendy about Kathie becoming a "whale trainer" was wrong on sooo many levels.  Yet another level is the disrespect to Dawn Brancheau and her family.  Making light of the death of this woman is disgusting to me.  My heart goes out to this woman's family.  Her sister did state that she wouldn't want the whale put down because of this incident.  Although she was married, she had no children and her sister said she thought of the whales she worked with as her children.  What a sad thing to happen to anyone.  Reference made to it happening to another person is just plain sick.

I hope everyone has a good weekend.  The weather was exceptionally nice today and is supposed to be throughout the weekend.  Enjoy it.

The TRUTH about the real people supporing Raye Dawn Smith....

I don't do websites and don't know how to do all this right, so this was done in two parts. 

Let people run at the mouth and eventually they get bold and they show their true colors, and their REAL side comes out...the REAL person behind the personas they show to the public is finally displayed. Nothing is more disgusting than for people to hide behind the Bible, God and religion, put on a bogus show for the public and when behind closed doors turn into the evil,cruel, sorry people that they are. Can you say HYPOCRITE? I've said it before and stand behind what I said about this and to those I called hypocrites on my previous entries.


NOW they will be revealed for the trash talking, vile, cruel, disgusting people they REALLY are. No holds barred. Plain & simple....the truth about the REAL people who are behind and supporting Raye Dawn Smith. This is surely something for the Smith family to be proud of, and something that will make Raye Dawn's attorney proud to have fighting for, speaking for and supporting his client.

Were they just having "fun"?  At whose expense?  I don't consider Wendy asking if Lance has "hung himself yet" as anything to make fun of.  And she goes around quoting scriptures to people?  Amazingly sad.  She also makes reference of Kathie becoming a "whale trainer", after it just being in the news about the whale trainer who was KILLED by a whale she worked with.  How disgusting.  And this is a God fearing Christian woman?  Really.  I don't believe calling people "skanks" is very Christian-like either.  People she doesn't even know.

Of course the rest of them fall in line with the talk of death to the Briggs family members.  Kylie talking about how dangerous kangaroos are and how they can "kill" a man, and she wants to send one to the Briggs??  And how is Danielle accessing Lance's military records?  I don't believe the military is going to be very happy with her postings. 

And just a couple of days ago, Wendy posted this on another blog....

"Their typical M.O. is to set up a dialogue. When you answer their dialogue, they spew forth nasty name calling (I don't allow my child to name call and call other children on it - meaning no more play dates at my house!) and then pass their "personal" judgment of how we are mindless "skanks" (using their words again). It isn't worth the energy to even dialogue with them. Now if I chose to respond in anger about the character of someone, I don't expect to have a screen shot taken."

So she doesn't allow her children to name call but Mom can do it.  You call that setting a good example?  It's ok for HER to respond in anger to someone and name call, but no one else can do the same? Imagine that.

Another part of her recent post...

Then they create a blog all about me and do their best to insult me and make themselves look all wise and powerful. What is this saying then about HER self esteem? or self value?  Hypocrites?  I guess she needs to look up the definition of Hypocrite.

Surely this woman doesn't think that her basically wishing death on Kathie and Lance Briggs proves she is a person of "common sense and decency"?  I will use her last sentence back to her.... You can't sell something you believe to be truthful when YOUR actions show a GREAT lack of integrity and character and HUMAN DECENCY. Plain and simple.  In my opinion she needs to focus her "prayers" on herself.  I'm just stunned at the comments made towards the Briggs. Talk about lack of credibility. Wow.  If I knew what church this woman attended, her pastor or whatever he's called would get a bundle in the mail.  And she has the audacity to call me "vile and nasty"??  REALLY! NOTHING I've ever said in reference to this case, Raye Dawn or Gayla is as "vile and nasty" as the things she has posted about Lance and Kathie. Nothing!  So WHO is the "vile and nasty" one??

I've said it before and I'm repeating it now....in my opinion this group is getting very scary.  Their thoughts and words show the kind of people they are. Their thought processes are very disturbing and dangerous.  If I were the Briggs, I would be scared for my life from the unstable, vile, disgusting people who are posting such trash on the internet amongst themselves.  Hate group?  DEFINATELY!  Is it surprising then that these are they types of people who are so outspoken in support of a woman sitting in prison for a part in her daughters murder, whom most likely is the killer of her child?(my opinion)  Not to me it's not.  To talk about a grieving father "hanging himself" in ANY aspect is beyond words.....

There are many more things but these are the few I chose to bring to the attention of my readers at this point.  So there you have it...the TRUTH about the real people who support Raye Dawn.  I hope their words have made Raye Dawn and her family and attorney proud to have them as supporters.  They don't even understand that their words like these reflect back on the Smith family and their own integrity, character and decency.

Ok, So I'm reading the smoking bomb affidavits regarding the jury in RD's trial and am getting a good chuckle to start the day off with.  This crap is what they are soo proud of and relying on to get her a new trial??? lol    Holy Moly Batman!!!  

I'm not going to reply to each one, just a couple. 

Exhibit C....

"Ms. Oldham told Mr.(name's blacked out) she was going to....."
"Ms. Oldham  admitted to Mr. (name's blackedout) that she would...."  "She also admitted to my roommate, Mr. (name's blackedout) that she reviewed Kelsey Briggs' website during the trial"  *note* "KP was NOT up during the trial and this can be proven.  It was not accessible during that time. Whatever "Kelsey Briggs website she was supposedly visiting was not KP.

I think you get my point....this is "hearsay", the affidavit should be from "Mr. (name blackedout) NOT from someone else.  This affidavit is useless as evidence in a court of law.  I am very surprised at some of these that Jone's is using. But guess  something  is better than nothing.  


Statements in Exhibit E (I guess there is no identifying Exhibit letter on the page) that the personal "opinion" of the person writing the affidavit is that two jurors already had their minds made up and the reasons given by this person are not "PROOF", ONLY opinion.  "I believe that"...is not any proof of their opinion.

Exhibit F...
"I heard that after the verdict was announced, the Briggs family...."
"I heard that Lance Briggs...."
Again, another worthless "affidavit" because this person didn't hear this for themselves but was TOLD these things...these statements are "hearsay" and worthless as evidence.
Not anything that I can see in ANY of these affidavits to warrant a new trial, they are all a joke and show a VERY desperate try at finding something, anything at all to use.  Sad in my opinion.
