Listen up some of you RD supporters....I do NOT have ANY blog but this one. Yesterday I was needlessly attacked by one of you and this isn't the first time I've been accused of owning the blog in question. As for what you said in reference to the cancer situation, you are heartless and cruel and a sorry human being.
Right now I could give a shit less about Raye Dawn, Mike Porter, you or anyone else. I'm sitting at a Cancer Treatment Center with my son who was just diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. I don't have the strength or want to, to deal with your piddly bullshit. Porter AND Raye Dawn are in prison and RIGHTFULLY so, they will BOTH serve out their sentences from their FAIR and JUST trials!! You can say what you want, but that IS FACT.
Write your little letters to the new Govenor of Oklahoma, she won't be pardoning your little Prison Princess, Raye Dawn Smith. Gather what? 23 signatures that you have on a petition to REcharge Porter with murder and sexual assault....IT WILL NOT HAPPEN. Anyone want to make any bets on either of those? I'm not a gambling person, but those are SURE BETS. Oh and another thing....even IF RD were to have gotten out? She WOULD NOT be raising Blaine. He's been LEGALLY ADOPTED. Even Janet recently told Debbie Hammons that if Raye got out she didn't need Blaine. The adoption is final, which means she is not Blaine's legal mommy anymore. And good for Blaine that that happened!!!
I know a lot of you have been mislead on the facts of the case, evidence has been misrepresented to you and all that. But...it's over...Raye doesn't qualify for a federal appeal....she's where she's going to be spending the next 23 years. By all means support her, no one cares if you do. To keep attacking the Briggs is ridiculous. You all say Porter killed Kelsey but the truth is, if you really believed that, that is where all your hatred and anger would be directed and it's not. That says a lot.
To the ignorant person who sent me those messages yesterday...there was no need in you posting you weren't related to me...I AM NOT A STONEHOCKER...I told you my ex was, which means I am not,n DUH! so of course you aren't related to me. Everyone please disregard this posting, it's to one dumbass, and he knows who he is, not any of you.
You know what? You want to act all tough but reality is "R", you are one of the biggest cowards I have ever had the displeasure of knowing about. You have to play with guns and threaten defenseless women, to make yourself a "man", well guess what? That's NOT being a man. It just makes you a cowardly worthless punk. Nothing more. You will never be a real man.
Why do you have to post things to me other than on here? Oh, that's right, because you are a worthless coward. You don't have the balls to face a woman that won't put up with your stupid cowardly punk ass, and has the guts to stand up to you. Yep, that's me, your pathetic self doesn't scare me, because I know you for the cowardly worthless punk you are.
"What about women that deserve it?" you say? NO woman deserves to be hit, let alone what you have done to her. Women don't "mak u hit them". New Year Approaching...
The New Year is approaching...wow, time flys doesn't it? This past year went by so fast. I'm anxious for a new year to start. The new year will be a new beginning on many things, and will bring to a close things that need to be put to rest.
I have two grandchildren who will be making their way into our world in the coming year. I think often about how different the world is now than when I grew up and again when I raised my children. It's shocking in many ways. I would be frightened to death to raise children in the world now. I pray for my grandbabies every day. It's a scary world out there now.
I apologize to those that commented to my last posting, I've not been on much in awhile, but I finally got your comments posted. This time of year is hard for me without my parents. Christmas was their favorite Holiday. And I came down with pneumonia, so that's been fun.
The new year will put to rest the question of whether Raye Dawn will be getting out of prison. Her appeal decision should be coming in any day. When it comes back she will be spending the next 20+ years where she is, it will finally be over. I have no doubt she will serve out her entire 27 yr sentence as it should be. Those that have spent the last several years lying and manipulating the truth to try to gather support for her and free her from prison will have to move on and find something else to obssess over. And she will have to learn to accept her fate. Kelsey's family will never have "normal" again. They will have to learn a new "normal" for their family for the rest of their lives. It is my wish that the new year will bring the Briggs family peace and joy once again in their family and lives and hearts. They deserve so much more. So did little Kelsey.
Hopefully the new year will bring answers and a closing to the case of Caylee Anthony and the person responsible for that child's death will be punished to the full extent of the law.
Against my better judgement I bought "the book". The kindle version is hard to read as many pages the words all run together. It's exactly as expected. Mostly just a trash Kathie Briggs book and accusing her of crimes she did not commit. I kinda skimmed through it the first time. I'll be going back and reading it a little closer and will be posting my tho'ts and opinions...and yes it's legal for me to do that. It's full of deceit, just like was expected. Those that have been in the forefront of the lies and deceit will have to answer one day to God for what they do, just like everyone else. I'd hate to be them. The truth will prevail for Kelsey Briggs, I have no doubt. Most of the book is just copied materials. Pages and pages of copied news reports, RD's appeal, things like that. My personal opinon is don't waste your money. The kindle version is only $9.99 so if you buy that you won't be wasting too much money. Kindle also has a 7 day return policy on Kindle books.

Death Penalty
I'm sitting here watching the movie "In The Name Of The People", starring Richard Thomas, Scott Bakula and Amy Madigan. It's about a man on death row for the murder of a teenage girl. He has a young daughter himself.
I've seen it before, it's a good movie but sad. The movie makes you think. It shows a side of the senseless cruel crime of murder that we don't often think about. The man on death row has his mother taking care of his child but his mother's health isn't good. The girls grandmother dies and there's no one to care for the man on death rows little girl.
I don't know how I feel about the death penalty. Sometimes with a heinous crime, I think the DP is warranted. Other times I don't know that that is the right thing to do. This movie makes the confusion even stronger. How do you explain to a child, that what their parent has done by killing someone is so wrong, yet the state turns around and kills the killer...how confusing that must be to an innocent child. How do you justify that to a child? I don't know.
Often times when we hear of a killing, we are quick to say put them to death for their crime. We don't often think about the family's of the one who committed the crime. Aren't they a victim too? I believe if they didn't know what was going on and there wasn't anything they could do to stop what happened, they are. Especially the children.
We can't say, "oh well, this person has children so we can't put them to death", as that isn't even feasable, alot of murderers and rapists, child predators, etc., do have children of their own.
I feel so sorry for the little girl in this movie. The kids at school are cruel to her. Someone puts a drawn picture of a man hanging on her locker. The same day, a boy after school sees her walking his way and takes the winter scarf around his neck and pulls it up like he's hanging, for her to see. (She beats him up and good for her) Kids can be so cruel.
The recent killings in Ohio, where they found the 13 yr old girl in the perps basement, tied up & gagged, her mother, brother and family friend missing. The killer a few days after arrested, tells LE where the bodies of the girls family is. He killed them, put them in garbage bags and hoists them up inside a hollow tree. When they pull the victims out of the tree, the family dog is also inside, also killed. This man's been in prison before...for arson. Setting fire to an apt. complex with 16 people inside. Sixteen people who could have died in that fire. My opinion, they should have charged him with 16 counts of attempted murder plus the arson and kept his sorry ass in prison. Now look what he escalated to. Does he deserve the death penalty? He does in my opinion.
Zahra Bakers killer(s)? Do they deserve the death penalty? My gosh, that little girl battled cancer, lost a leg and most of her hearing and survived. Only to be abused and treated like shit, then to be killed, her body taken apart and scattered around in several different areas. I'm not buying the evil stepmothers claims that they didn't kill her, that she found her dead. I don't know what the father's part in all this is. I think the stepmother killed her though. If Zahras father cut her body up and disposed of her, he's just as evil as his wife.
Another teenage girl is missing, 15 yrs old. They believe she is with her 44 year old uncle, who is a convicted sex predator. Are they going to find her alive? The father found inappropriate sexual text messages on his daughters phone from his OWN BROTHER. He takes her phone away from her? He punishes the 15 yr old child, but doesn't turn his brother in to law enforcement, knowing that his brother has been convicted of sex crimes? I heard a short interview with the mother of the 15 yr old. She was very evasive and making excuses, and basically lied when asked questions about why the uncle was allowed to stay in the same house as her daughter. She said he wasn't staying there...and he wasn't, because he'd been kicked out after the text messages were found.
Is there any blame on her own parents? In my opinion, there is. They should have called the law and turned him in. He would have went to jail and not been out to take off with her.
Every day we turn the tv or radio on, or pick up a newspaper another child's life is lost. Many at the hands of a parent, or mommy's boyfriend/daddy's girlfriend. Many of the mothers know the man is abusive and has harmed the child before. How do we stop this? I'm appalled at the short sentences many of these child killers get off with. If they started giving life for a child's life that is taken, would that make a difference? What if they made it mandantory DP? SOMETHING has got to work to make these people think before they take the life of an innocent child!!!!!!
I know there are a handful of people that will read this and question why I don't have the same sympathy for the Smith family. I'll tell you why. They knew Kelsey was being abused and did absolutley nothing to stop it or prevent what happened to her in the end. They can claim innocence all they want, but the facts prove that Kelsey was being hurt before she was taken away from Raye Dawn, she wasn't hurt or have bruises the entire time she was out of Raye Dawns care, but immediately upon return to Raye Dawn, she was being injured and bruised again. THAT FAMILY SAW KELSEY deteriorate the last months of her life....none of the Briggs family was in her life during that time, so there was NO WAY that any of them were hurting Kelsey. That left Raye Dawn and Mike Porter. They knew it was one of the two and still did nothing to help Kelsey. THAT is why I have no sympathy for them. NONE. Those that saw Kelsey those last months are just as responsible for not helping save that little girl. And if Gayla covered up what RD did to Kelsey that day, she should be in jail too. She knows something...she was on the phone that day with RD during the time that Kelsey & RD were supposedly napping. Prood? Gayla's phone records were subpeoned by Porters attorney. WHY did neither of them mention that? Why didn't the DA investigate that? WHY, WHY, WHY???

Answers to sent questions...
As I've gotten several questions about this I will answer it here. Several have asked if a "disclaimer" will keep you from getting sued. The answer is simple. NO.
As far as the content, we have that covered and will know soon enough, there are several lawyers on it already.
